Host your next corporate event at the beautiful Birmingham Botanical Gardens in October or November, and treat your guests and delegates to a complimentary event perk. Whether you're hosting a conference, meeting, or celebration, choose a complimentary offering from our list and add an extra touch of hospitality to your event. Or you can choose a complimentary spot for the event organiser. This is a great opportunity to stretch your event budget and make your guests' and delegates' experience even more enjoyable.

Find information on the choice of perks detailed below. 

For conference and meeting bookings, choose from the following: 

  • Free organisers place if you have more than 20 delegates paying a DDR
  • Free bacon/sausage/egg baps on arrival
  • Free tea and coffee on arrival

For Corporate dinner bookings may choose from the following: 

  • Free organisers place if you have more than 70 dining guests
  • Upgrade arrival drink to a cocktail
  • Free tea and coffee for all guests

The Pick A Perk Promotion runs throughout October and November 2023.

The promotion applies to any conference, meeting or corporate dinner which is booked to take place at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens throughout October and November 2023 

The promotion applies only to the Birmingham Botanical Gardens indoor event spaces and does not include the outdoor space or the Gardens grounds. Rooms include the Garden Suite, the Terrace Suite and the Loudon Suite.*

The Pick a Perk promotion includes 2 free upgrades either for your conference or your corporate dinner.

*Minimum numbers: There is a minimum booking number of delegates per room: Garden Suite: 150, Terrace Suite: 70, Loudon Suite: 40.
